Companies whose filings show margins turning FROM A REAL TROUGH: a prior-year operating loss now reversing, or a prior-year margin decline now recovering, with margins up at least a full percentage point and operating cash flow confirming the direction - on a real revenue base, so there is an operation to inflect. A steadily profitable company with rising margins is a fine business but not an inflection; it will not surface here. Research candidates, not buy recommendations.
