Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

TrendNalysis provides educational and informational financial analysis built from public SEC filings and economic data: financial statements, filing-fact charts, financial-health analysis, screening, and economics dashboards. It is a research and education tool only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. See our Financial Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before investing.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

TrendNalysis Pro is a paid subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis at US $19 per month (plus any applicable taxes), at the price shown at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our servers. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods. We will give you advance notice of any material price change, and it will apply from your next billing period after the notice. A paid subscription unlocks additional research features; it remains educational research, not financial advice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or tool output, or resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models, scoring, or methodology of the Service.
• Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to paid features or your account.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable securities or other laws.

The Service, including its software, analytics engine, scoring methods, design, text, and branding, is owned by TrendNalysis and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service relies on third-party data and may link to third-party sites. Fundamentals come from SEC EDGAR and macro data from FRED and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Market price data from Alpaca Markets and Yahoo Finance was previously displayed and is currently paused pending data licensing. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data accuracy, availability, or content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis, signal, or data will be accurate or profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendNalysis and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent any liability is found, it will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrendNalysis from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

TrendNalysis is operated by TrendNalysis LLC, a California limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, except where prohibited by law.
